1. Structure: (1) Consist of four basic components: sun gear, planetary gear, carrier, and ring gear. (2) The planetary gear is internally designed with a special full-complement roller bearing with high load-bearing capacity and installed on the carrier. (3) The carrier blank is forged from high-strength alloy steel to ensure that the carrier can withstand large impacts and high torque loads.

2. Processing: (1) Enjoy high processing accuracy, requiring specialized tools to be completed on high-precision machining centers, with low noise. ⑵ Adopt gear grinding technology, achieving precision Level 5-6 of national standard. ⑶ Adopt the most advanced gear tooth processing technology (also known as hobbing-composite forming process), with gear ring precision of Level 5-6, and after nitriding, ensuring precision up to Level 7. Traditional hobbing technology can only barely guarantee precision up to Level 8-9.

3. Assembly: (1) Use the thermal expansion and contraction method (interference fit) for assembly, that is, heating or liquid nitrogen cooling to ensure precise accuracy. (2) To ensure uniform load distribution and smooth, consistent meshing transmission for each set of planetary gears, all planet gears are assembled using grouped measurement methods.

4. Performance: The material is made of 20CrMnTi with a maintenance-free design. The normal gear ratio is i=6-300, and non-standard customization is available. It features a compact size and high torque; the single rope tensile torque can reach 2 million Newtons. At the same torque, its weight is approximately 1/10 of that of conventional gearboxes. It is suitable for crane lifting mechanisms, running mechanisms, tower crane lifting and luffing mechanisms, as well as large winches and high-speed cranes.
